Buffer enforces roughly 1,248 characters even though the help centre says 3,000. Styled unicode counts double.
Why some channels say "in platform review"
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn are publishing today through a provider that already holds the platform approvals. YouTube and YouTube Shorts are waiting on Google's OAuth verification. Until it clears, those two stage as notification posts: Dubb Social hands you the file and the caption, you confirm the last tap in the YouTube app. Nothing silently fails.
